- Step 1 : Generation - Growth TechnoSoft gets new task/project. Requirement of the client is analyzed and broken into sub-tasks according to the nature of the work.

- Step 2 : Announce - An email is sent to all Growth Associates with the same skillset as of the nature of work. Like Web Designers will get task specification email related to web designing part of the project.

- Step 3 : Availibility - Growth Associates confirm their availibility, ability to do the work, may raise further queries, and inform delivery schedule and rate quote.
In case of acceptance by multiple Growth Associates task allotment decision would be taken based on the given parameters -
- Delivery Schedule. Sooner the better.
- Number of tasks already assigned.
- Past Performance - On Time Delivery, Client Satisfaction
- Rates quoted

- Step 4 : Allotment - Task is allotted to the Growth Associate who qualifies above parameters.

- Step 5 : Delivery & Acceptance - Task is delivered by the Growth Associate to Growth TechnoSoft which is sent for client's acceptance by the company. In case of any changes the same is done by the Associate to meet client's satisfaction.

- Step 6 : Approval & Payment - Upon approval of the delivered task Growth TechnoSoft releases agreed payment to the Growth Associate.
* We assure you to release payment on receipt of client's acceptance of the task irrespective of payment received from the client. This ensures you that your earnings are safe for the efforts made.
