It is an effort towards providing a platform for becoming financially sound and not relying solely on jobs, and to engage in productive usage of time and skillset. |

What all facility should I have at home for becoming Growth Associate? |

You need to have a computer that support softwares related to your skillset, related softwares, accessibility to Internet, and required skillset. |

After becoming Associate am I bound to accept the task? |
| A. |
No. It is upto your convenience to accept the announced task. Growth TechnoSoft does not bound any Associate to accept the task. |

When will I get my payment due? |
| A. |
Once the client gives it's acceptance for the delivery of the task the same will be communicated to the concerned Associate with a request to inform us the details of his bank account for payment transfer. It may take 2-4 working days. We assure you to release payment on receipt of client's acceptance of the task irrespective of payment received from the client or not. |

What if I have queries related to the work alloted? |

The same can be mailed to Growth TechnoSoft which is further forwarded to the client. On response from the client the same is forwarded to the Growth Associate. |

Do I need to interact with the client directly? |
| A. |
Some of the tasks may require direct client's interaction. Growth TechnoSoft will then play the role of third party to the extent of project requirement understanding. |

Can I express my inability after taking the task? |
| A. |
Although it is against professional ethics but in case of genuine cause the same can be requested to the client and only upon client's acceptance and if required compensating losses incurred the allotted task can be revoked. |
